Website Terms of Use
Last updated 21 August 2026
These terms govern use of this Website. They do not replace the quotation, contract or other written terms that apply to work carried out by Zamax.
About Zamax
This Website is operated by Zamax Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16214983. Our registered office is Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ.
You can contact us at sales@zamaxgroup.co.uk or 01254 416477.
Using the Website
You may use this Website for lawful purposes and to learn about Zamax services. You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Forms, checklists and service requests
Submitting a Website form asks Zamax to provide a requested resource, review the information or contact you about a possible service. It is not an instant booking, confirmed appointment, quotation, payment or contract. A contract arises only through separately agreed written terms.
A checklist may be made available after a request has been recorded successfully. If you also request delivery by email, Zamax may make a transactional delivery attempt, but does not guarantee inbox delivery. Checklist access is not conditional on joining a marketing list.
Optional marketing permission is separate and unticked by default. Public Website forms do not accept file uploads, payment-card details or bank details. Do not submit passwords, access codes, malicious material or information you have no right to provide.
Any displayed price, VAT treatment, eligibility boundary, fee credit, scope or expiry period remains subject to qualification and the applicable written quotation. A fee credit is not a cash refund and does not create an obligation to proceed.
Information is not a quotation or professional advice
Website content and downloadable checklists are general information and warning-sign guides. They are not inspections, surveys, diagnoses, quotations, guarantees, designs, financial advice or substitutes for suitable professional advice. Property condition, scope, price, programme, suitability, savings and outcomes depend on the actual property, safe access, assessment and written agreement.
A contract for work arises only through separately agreed written terms. If there is a conflict, those project-specific terms take priority.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep Website information useful and current, but content may be incomplete or become outdated. We may change, suspend or remove Website content without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available or free from errors.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Website text, design, branding, graphics and other original content belong to Zamax Group Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own lawful, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, sell or misleadingly modify substantial Website content without permission.
External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that Zamax controls or endorses every part of the third-party service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Zamax is not responsible for losses caused by relying on general Website content instead of obtaining an inspection, quotation or suitable professional advice, or for the availability or content of third-party websites.
Law
These Website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The last-updated date above identifies the current version.
