Data Access, Correction and Deletion

You can ask Zamax Group Ltd about personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion where the law provides that right.

How to make a request

Email sales@zamaxgroup.co.uk with the subject “Data rights request”, telephone 01254 416477, or write to Zamax Group Ltd, Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ.

Tell us your name, preferred contact details, the relationship or enquiry your request concerns, and what you want us to do. Do not send identity documents, passwords or access codes in your first message. If identity verification is reasonably necessary, we will explain a safer method.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify scope and identity where necessary, search the relevant systems, and respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a lawful extension is needed for a complex request, we will explain why.

When information may be retained

Deletion is not an absolute right. We may retain information where it is needed for a contract, safety record, tax or accounting obligation, insurance, legal claim, fraud prevention, security incident or another lawful reason. Where full deletion is not available, we will explain the relevant reason and consider restriction or minimisation.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, please contact us first so we can review it. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
