What the Website collects
At the Version 1.0 launch, this Website does not accept online enquiry forms or file uploads. Please use the published telephone number or email address if you want to contact us.
Our hosting and security systems may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Website, such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and error or security records. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, organisation, contact details, property or project information, correspondence and any documents you choose to send.
Why we use personal information
- To respond to an enquiry and take steps you request before entering a contract.
- To prepare, manage and perform quotations, appointments, work and related customer service.
- To operate, secure and improve our Website and business where this is in our legitimate interests and does not override your rights.
- To keep records and meet tax, accounting, health and safety, insurance, regulatory or other legal obligations.
- To send optional marketing only where the law permits it and any required consent has been obtained.
We do not use Website information for solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Who we may share information with
We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that support hosting, security, email, document storage or business administration; professional advisers and insurers; contractors involved in an agreed job; and public bodies where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Where a service provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, we require an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, security, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Website security logs are normally retained for no longer than 30 days unless an incident requires longer investigation. Direct enquiries that do not become work are normally reviewed for deletion after 12 months of inactivity. Contract, job, accounting and related records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction, or longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact us using the details above. We may need to verify your identity securely before acting. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security and updates
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send passwords, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
We will update this notice when our Website, suppliers or uses of personal information materially change. The current version will always be published on this page.
