What to expect from your review.

What is included?

A visible-condition review of safely accessible roof, drainage, building envelope and electrical concerns, alongside available fire, alarm and emergency-lighting records. You receive an action plan and a short findings call.

Which properties qualify?

The standard offer is for one small commercial building of approximately 500 m² maximum, no more than two principal roof areas, around 20 miles from Blackburn and with existing safe access. Larger or complex sites receive a separate fixed fee.

What is not included?

No EICR, fire-risk assessment, alarm or emergency-light certification, structural or asbestos survey, destructive opening or detailed measured specification. Specialist access, scaffold, MEWP and drone work are excluded.

How does the remedial-work credit work?

For new requests, accept a quote for qualifying remedial work of at least £3,000 + VAT within 30 days of receiving the written findings to receive the standard £295 + VAT review fee as a credit on the final invoice. Work is scheduled separately and need not start within those 30 days. The quote is calculated before the credit. No cash refund or obligation to proceed. Any 90-day credit period already offered will be honoured.
