What to expect from your review.

What is included?

A non-invasive visual review of safely accessible roof and drainage areas, agreed safely accessible internal warning signs, photographs, red/amber/green priorities and a short findings conversation.

Which properties qualify?

The £99 including VAT price is for a qualifying one- or two-storey home with normal safe access. Large, complex, three-storey, multi-building or unsafe-access properties need a separate review and price.

What is not included?

No structural, RICS, mortgage, insurance or asbestos survey; no destructive opening, scaffold, MEWP, drone, gutter cleaning or concealed-defect guarantee.

How does the remedial-work credit work?

For new requests, accept a quote for qualifying remedial work of at least £1,000 including VAT within 30 days of receiving the written findings to receive the £99 fee as a credit on the final invoice. Work is scheduled separately and need not start within those 30 days. The quote is calculated before the credit. No cash refund or obligation to proceed. Any 90-day credit period already offered will be honoured.
